In order to offer the lowest prices anywhere, we have to be strict with our return policy.
We do not have a huge outlet location that can liquidate broken chairs, tables, and saggy mattresses. Here is the best we can do for our online customers:
Items returned in their original packaging and unassembled can be returned within 14 days, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to pick something else out in our store, then we are willing to split the restocking fee with you - this makes it only a 10% fee. The warehouse and pricing departments need to pay for their coffee some way.
We cannot accept furniture that has already been opened. We wouldn't want to see a used mattress in our huge store of new furniture, and we figure no one else should, either.
We will try to work with you in most cases, but please understand that if you happen to order a neon green chair with purple arms and a zebra pillow...and decide the colors clash with your polka dots - it will most like clash with our stockroom, as well.
